L&A received a Certificate from SAI Global for Recognising 20 Years of Certification ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Current industry based research being supported by L&A was recently presented in one of the focus areas at the PMI® Global Congress 2011—North America, 22-25 Oct Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, USA. The ongoing research is investigating the application of Earned Value Management & Earned Schedule through combining the company’s projects with its manufacturing operations.
L & A engineering design services have been established through equipment designs starting with a client concept and taken through to final transport and installation studies. Pressure vessel design experience cover compliance with AS1210, ASME VIII Division 1 & 2, PD5500 & EN13445. Shell and tube heat exchanger design scope includes TEMA, API660, ISO16812, thermal and tube vibration with HTRI & HTFS. Ancillary design services support wind & seismic loadings to AS1170, clarification on nozzle loads, hydrostatic, impact, PWHT & normalising requirements. Structural calculations and detailing to AS4100 and AS1657 have delivered skid configurations and lifting solutions for clients requiring FOB modularisation that combines their pressure equipment with interconnecting piping, electrical and instrumentation design.
